I absolutely love The Sprocket Café in High River! The atmosphere is so welcoming and cosy—and their plant‑based offerings are fantastic. But the standout for me? Their iced latte: perfectly smooth and refreshingly chilled every time. It’s my go-to treat on warm days! Owners Louise and Caspar are super friendly, the vibe is great, and it truly feels like a community hub. Highly recommend dropping in for a sip (or three)!

This cafe is run be a very friendly couple who make and serve the food themselves. I had a tomato soup and savory veggie muffin and my husband had a salad and cookie. The food was very good! This place doesn't have a lot of options because it is just the two of them doing everything but they usually have two kinds of soup, small salads, cookies, muffins and cupcakes as well as lattes etc, all plant based. The place is a nice size and very clean. Will definitely go back again in the future! They are in the old downtown, stop in for a coffee and stroll around the quaint shops of High River!

Stopped in on our visit to High River yesterday. Best gluten free chocolate chip cookie I have ever had and the iced coffee was perfection! Owner was super friendly and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Definitely be back on our next trip to High River!

Great vegan cafe with such lovely owners. Fresh vegan options like delicious muffins and cupcakes. Coffee is great too with lots of syrup options. Blueberry muffin is amazing and the lemon cupcake is too! Located right across from the Heartland show Maggie’s Diner, can’t miss it. Worth a stop when you’re in town!

Really nice coffee shop. We came out from Calgary to check it out and it was worth the trip. All the vegan plant-based treats are made in house and were really nice. We had chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven and our kids loved them.

I'm not a vegan fan.... So I thought. Wonderful cafe in High River, with amazing desserts and food. I had a chai latte with oat milk that was incredible and a chocolate cupcake with amazing frosting. The atmosphere is amazing with a cycling theme and rich leather seats that are actually comfortable! My biggest complaint about coffee shops is the atmosphere and seating doesn't invite you to relax and enjoy your drink. The Sprocket has it right with friendly owners who are more than happy to serve you and make you feel like home. Big city feel, with small town charm. Well done!

Gorgeous space that has been curated down to the very last detail! The owners are very friendly & kind people who go above & beyond. Always take the time to chat with you no matter how busy they may be. The best oat milk lattes and the lemon cupcake is to die for! Prices are actually cheaper than other coffee shops which is incredible since plant-based options actually cost more to purchase than dairy. 100% recommend to anyone who wants a high quality coffee & baked goods

Yay! A plant-based coffee shop in town! Perfectly set up for meeting with friends and for working. Today, I enjoyed a Raspberry Muffin and a Flat White with soy and got some work done :) The owners are warm and inviting.
